I cannot speak highly enough of Paul Mason Associates. Their service was second to none from start to finish.
I was always kept informed of what was happening in the process of my sale and any queries were answered almost immediately.
I had a very unfortunate experience when the bottom of my chain pulled out on the day of exchange, however within two weeks my house was once again sold and this time went through to completion.
They have got the balance of being professional but friendly spot on.
This is the third time I have dealt with the team which I think speaks for itself!

Throughout the year journey of trying to buy a house in an incredibly difficult market I came across almost every estate agent in and around Chelmsford and they were terrible. Paul Masons we’re the only estate agents who I would be happy to buy/sell with over and over again, they were incredible! They were honest and responsive throughout, always calling back when they said they would and were very supportive.
