Awful experience! Zero communication and non existent customer service!!! Went to use the post office services...was ignored, and then he served another customer. Still got no response and I said excuse me, I need help- to that he said it opens at 9am- I said its 9am and another customer said the same - to which I replied at least let us know what is happening. He was rude and said he might be running late.

All I wanted was for him to explain properly what the situation was rather than hiding his face behind the till!

Advertised as amazon returns location.....not true.
Has no forms for driving licence or passports just a shop with a post office sign.
Origional post office location a few shops away was far superior.

The older lady (who I've always asumed is the manager/owner is abrupt, often rude and has zero customer service skills.

I have been in queuing behind several people, sometimes for 15/20 minutes and she won't even acknowledge let alone help the staff and serve. I used to use on a regular basis sending work mail, but decided to take my business elsewhere. PO staff don't need to know the contents of brown envelopes which I was constantly asked.

The two owners are lovely and always helpful! But the grey haired lady is miserable and rude. Asked if they were posting today, and she barked “NO SORRY” at me. Thought she was going to bite my head off. Will be taking my business elsewhere, despite using this post office frequently - customers should not be spoken to like that, no customers = no job.

I love going here. It’s not my local but the girls are lovely and we always have a laugh. They are really friendly and always happy to help. I’m always there sending stuff at least 3 times a week and it’s always a pleasure. Thanks girls!

When the 2 girls used to work there I would have given it a 5 star but the guy who's there now is rude arrogant And will try and rip you off Like arguing That a pre paid envelope has still got to have a stamp put on it.

I refuse to go in there now as he will always argue over anything even posting a birthday card

Great service in the Post Office ,well stocked in the shop too. Free parking right close by and bus stop right outside ,so good for those less able bodied to get to there
