I had a fantastic experience with Paints4trade, a paint retailer. Their customer service was outstanding, quick, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I initially ordered the wrong intumescent paint size because I wasn’t sure how much I needed, but they made the process of correcting my mistake effortless. I contacted them immediately, and they promptly canceled my incorrect order and helped me place the right one without any hassle.

The professionalism and efficiency of their team made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Paints4trade to anyone looking for a reliable and customer focused paint retailer. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects!

This is the worst company I have used there pool
Paint is not worth using it is not fit for a pool, the whole lot has come off making my pool look awful it is all chipping off. At my cost of nearly £250 they will not refund they offer a discount if you Oder again!!! I don’t think so Amazon were useless. The company say it’s the chlorine in the pool Are pools not meant to have chlorine in as it is a swimming pool… please please do not order pool paint from them. Horrendous company no compassion for anyone l!!! Please see my 2 tone pool. They do not care about customers only themselves of if I could off taken this further believe me I would. But I can’t afford to and have lost so much money.. so beware as I have lost a lot. I cannot afford to replace now so have to put up with it so sad that no one wants to help. They did ask for a sample off my pool water to test.

I brougth the desert sand colour ( wife picked it ) in my opinion it came out perfect even the noises Neighbors was impressed with it. After I read some of the negative reviews it dawned on me is isn't the product it the person who using it my steps were
●Sand down at 1000 grit wet
●Wash van
●Filled any imperfections sanded again
●Wash again
●Dry the van with a sham rag
●Taped up
●Rolled on with roller ( small sponge) 1st coat thing
●Let it dry
● they final roll
●closes up with a small vanish brush

Only thing I had problems with was the hot sun dryed quicker then I can roll but that's nothing I can't sort out oh 2.5lrt covers my van twice and paint inside the doors

Had a dark grey paint from you the service was great and the paint is amazing. I painted my camper and it looks great went on with ease and dried really quick. Would use you again. 👍👍

Ordered military green vehicle paint. Completely inaccurate description.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is more like hi-visibility green.

Definitely not military green. If we painted our vehicles in this, then we would be seen before we left the barracks.

Complete waste of £70+.

APPALLING PRODUCT QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They will try and blame the customer at every turn for their own deficiencies.
Purchased two 5 litre cans of horse trailer paint. During applying the first coat on the top half I realised that the paint was very thick and that I was only achieving approximately 5m2 not the published 14m2 stated on the website.
24 hours later I applied a second coat. This coat caused the issues shown in the photos. I understand this to be paint entrapment. This is caused by repainting too soon. I was very suprised as I had waited 24 hours between coats not the 4 hours stated on the website.
I then contacted the company regarding the issue and was told that it can take up to a couple of weeks to dry properly! (clearly not the 4 hours stated then). I was then told the paint must have thickened in the cold. Bearing in mind the temperature never got below 12 deg I strongly disputed this. In the end I agreed to recieving an additional 2.5 lires of this colour paint to enable me to complete the job after having to rub down all the panels.
Now I am being told by Barry Shaw that I need to PURCHASE any addition paint necessary!
I will now be going elsewhere after having lost out financailly to this complete shower of a company.
It's clear that paints 4 trade arent even capable of mixing paint to the required consistency. Additionally, trying to blame the customer at every turn is their idea of customer service!
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I’ve been happily using this company for years with no issues, but their service has fallen to an all time low
I placed an order for a dark blue over the phone and when I collected, it was the same colour as I’d previously been supplied. I asked to simply swap it for the colour I needed, but was told it was mixed especially . Yet On the website it says it’s a stock item. VERY MISLEADING. Was told I’d have to buy the different colour too, which also was meant to be a stock item, but had to be mixed.
I’ve spent literally thousands with them, but never again. No wonder they get a disgraceful 2.9 average review score

I'm getting a bit worried now after reading some of these reviews. I purchased 4 tins of Roof Fix paint 4 days ago at a cost of £160+ & lve heard nothing back. It states on the order that it's still processing. How long does it take to process.

Update:
Recieved an email to state my paint is arriving tomorrow. So hopefully, everything will be ok.
