Chris came over to talk through the safety aspects of my AirB&B. I thought I had it all covered before he got there, but he bought to light lots of little bits that I hadn't even thought about. Following the visit Chris followed up with an email of suggestions as well as links to websites where I could purchase the items needed. And even that had a pleasant surprise of these being the most cost effective links. I did google search other suppliers in case there was a different alternative, but the links Chris gave me were by far the best.
If I could give Chris more than 5 stars for his work knowledge and ethics I would.
He is polite, professional, honest, trustworthy and reliable. He explained the reasons of the different suggestions I needed to implement, and he left me feeling that I could now have guests in our space with more peace of mind.
