A nice annex type b&b. It was clean, well presented and handy for a good pub. The owners were pleasant and on hand but not imposing. I will use it again.

Very comfortable very clean lovely little guest apartment. Our host was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast bags in fridge, choice of cereals also available nothing here not to like. Space is limited especially beside the bed. Definitely wouldn't put me off coming back, we are currently planning a longer break and would book here 1st before going to chain hotels

We were attending an evening reception at a local rugby club and decided to treat our selves to a night away. We came across Orchard B&B apartment and can honestly say, we were so glad we did. David & Sandra have set up a fantastic, friendly, modern B&B apartment which provides a very relaxing and stylish time away. They have put a great deal of thought in what would make anyones stay memorable. My wife and I would thoroughly recommend Orchard B&B. Ideally located for Bristol & Bath and the surrounding area. This is a must if you want that personal friendly touch.

Not a bed and breakfast. Only a kettle, microwave and toaster in the room. Erratic heating

We only stayed one night as we were visiting bath however we could easily have stayed for a lot longer.||The whole place was spotless with ample breakfast facilities and doggy bags for the journey the following day.||As stated it was spotless with free wifi and tv channels both downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom. Very clean and comfortable property with all mod-cons and a dash of quirkiness. Perfect for an overnight stay and great value for money. David and Sandra were most welcoming and very helpful. Good parking in a quiet and tranquil location in the idyllic village of Pucklechurch, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Thoroughly recommend this place.

This place it absolutely perfect whether visiting Bristol, Bath or the surrounding area! It is a completely enclosed, private apartment with private entry via the back gate. The facilities are exceptionally modern, clean and tidy. We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orchard Cottage. It has everything you could possibly want from a B&B, whether it be a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom or a cosy living space and the facilities which go alongside each. There is also a great TV with SKY+, tea & coffee making facilities plus bottled water in a good sized fridge - all replenished daily, a Nintendo Wii and DVD player, with a good selection of games and movies, plus an additional TV in the bedroom. Oh....and a fully customised breakfast included in the price! Many thanks David & Sandra for your hospitality. We will see you again some time! Joe & Becky
