I could not have felt more supported by Mel at Optimal. Not only did she have all the knowledge and experience to be able to help immediately with my queries whenever I called or emailed her, but she showed such care and empathy when I was having some tough times with the situations I encountered. I work for a charitable organisation and my first experience of Mel and Optimal was when she was generous enough to offer me a free place on a MHFA course. She then allowed a member of her staff to volunteer with us, on her time, to help with some administration and HR matters.
