Honestly this shop was an absolute life saver. My computer crashed after the last update losing ALL of my clients details. I was recommended this place by a neighbour. The owner Persevered and found the fault managed to retrieve the data and also loaded it into my new pc. Brilliant customer service - very well expertised in laptops and super friendly. They really care about their customers and saw they had a very good connection with some of the local customers whilst I was in the shop. This ain't no phone and vape shop, this is the real deal! Every time I have visited this shop over the years my expectations have been surpassed. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable and helps you navigate the best way forward for your repair / purchase / quandary. Today he cleaned the pocket fluff out of my phone...for free. Other times, he has been an unwitting emotional support when I thought I lost several years worth of work off my computer lol! - once again helping me to figure it out. A real gem in Carshalton and I highly recommend!
