I have now told you so many times that your drivers do not respect any body they are don't respect them self because they don't respect four other flats in a block of five when they deliver to GROVE COURT, LITTLE PAXTON. They slam the security door when they come in and there is two owners are fast asleep after working nights from 19-00 to getting back home at around 05-00. So they should respect us at all times, plus they are bracing my pitches of my wall ,so you the firm will pay me in flat 6 £30-00, for new ones or the driver will , if none of you pay me then it will go to the police. They will be able to get you to pay me.

This company took my money and refuses to get it back. I was defrauded by convincing me to work remotely, and after I paid all the money I had on the website, and I could not pay more, they refuse to get my money back. The reason for my entry is that I am without a job and do not have any additional income. They want me to pay more to take my money, but I do not have it and I will not pay after that

The best supermarket! Service is second to none! Rarely ever get missing items, all items correctly delivered & in the event there is any problem with any product, excellent hassle free customer service in providing refund online! Prices are better than they used to be yet delivering better than Waitrose quality on many groceries in my opinion . They still need to reduce prices on some products to make it even more competitive but I am happy to shop with Ocado because of their customer service & rarely getting an order wrong, new reasonable pricing on many groceries & reliable delivery! Quality & choice of organic goods is second to none!

Used once as a trial as an alternative to our normal shopping service.

They changed the quantity of one (heavy) item from 4 to 1 and not because it wasn't in stock. I emailed to complain and got a reply asking for the order number or email address that was in my first email! I replied pointing that I had already supplied the information and never got a response.

The driver was nice and they seemed to have a good range and I was initially tempted to carry on using them, but now I know they change quantities without a valid reason, and how they treat their customers when you have a question or complaint, I won't.

You need a new manager in the Hatfield RDC. Took 90 mins to be tipped 14 pallets. 2 trucks on bay only, they all go on break at same time, in transport office 1 lady working , 4 guys looking at phones chilling, one dude fast asleep on a chair. No wonder it took 90 mins. You think we ain't got nothing else to do?

today tried to find out if ocado only delivers food from M&S. unfortunately their (chat bot) did not understand, kept offering unhelpful other advise. Plus entire 'sign up' site broken,pointless. Wasted my time,energy! perhaps best to give this missmanaged business a total miss until they fix their broken online-web forms, replace their neanderthal chat bots for humans although that may prove to be as bad?

I’m a long standing Smart Pass customer since 2013, and have been appalled at how much quality of service and product has slipped this year. I can’t book slots unless I book them a month in advance, and many of the products I use have been discontinued. Additionally, they now more frequently deliver products which go off quite quickly. I certainly understand that demand is up, but it’s been very disappointing that Ocado has not sufficiently safeguarded their long time customers.

Now there is no availability for Christmas 2020 deliveries, and even from day one of early access the slots were filled.

I will likely defect to another service.

Second online order in a row that is running over an hour late. Someone tell me, what is the point in ordering a one hour delivery slot is it actually comes an hour or two late. Is it just a guide so I should order 2 hours before I actually want it? Pathetic service. Avoid at all costs.
