Our company, Business Writers Ltd, has relied on Norfolk IT Services for more than 10 years (since July 2013 or earlier). We first turned to Jason in an emergency and were delighted by the service. Now we call him whenever we have a tech problem or need a PC upgrade.

Jason was recommended to me by a friend and it has turned out to be the best recommendation I have had. He has a great telephone manner and I felt comfortable talking to him and not intimidated as my knowledge about computers is very limited. It was also refreshing to not have lots of confusing charges to think about before my computer was even seen. Jason said he would give my computer a full service, and when I collected my 'vintage' machine and he told me it would never be quick. However, I cannot remember the last time it worked so efficiently, it's quiet and much quicker and such fantastic value for money.
