Bought a boat from Norfolk Boats and the customer service was excellent. We bought the boat even though we hadn’t seen it, we did a FaceTime video call and everything was as stated. The boat was delivered to Poole, Lee spent over 2 hours showing us around and made sure we were happy. Excellent boat, great price, great people to deal with. Would highly recommend.

On Wednesday of this week we had amazing family and friends day on the water. Saw and visited some beautiful places. We moored up at Ranworth Broad had a ice cream and walked up the hill to St Helens church where we all climbed the up the tower the views from the top were breath taking well worth it. I must say from the first phone call to arrival on the day Lucy was so polite helpful and fab with the children. Lucy gave all the children pirate eye patches and pirate bunting to decorate our boat for the day. Would recommend this boat hire 100%.

We had a fantastic day out on the broads with a day boat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Boat was simple to use. Highly recommend
