Fantastic and speedy service!

After a trip to Apple in Southampton to be told charging port on iPad couldn’t be fixed we fortunately found New Forest Device Repairs. Fixed in a couple of days and at a very reasonable price. So pleased with the service that we had an iPhone with the same problem fixed too in the time it took to get a coffee. Highly recommended. Friendly service too.

After my phone screen froze and despite my best efforts to clear it ,I realised that I needed an expert to sort it out for me . Looking up a number of local repair shops and their reviews ,it became clear that New Forest Device Repairs,at Lymington was the place to go .
On meeting John ,he checked the phone over and said it was very likely to be the screen which needed changing and after ordering the replacement screen (my phone is quite old )he has now got it up and running again as good as new .The cost for the repair was very reasonable and John was a very pleasant person to deal with, giving you confidence that you were in very safe and professional hands. Highly recommended !

I can't speak highly enough about New Forest Device Repairs. I've used John's services for a few years now since finding the shop accidentally and I've been really pleased with the outcome every time! I have a teenage sister who didn't really look after her phone at the time and broke different parts several times and thanks to John, the phone was as good as new every time. I found him to complete the repairs in a very timely manner at very competitive prices too! He also gave us excellent advice regarding different IT queries. Hi also dropped off some of my old equipment here to sell as I didn't need it anymore and received great prices for those. Had a broken screen on Samsung A13 which needed to be replaced urgently. John had to order in a new screen which arrived next morning and within a half an hour new screen was in place. Fantastic service and at the price originally quoted. This is the second occasion I have had to use John's repair shop recently and would highly recommend him.
