Worst company ever. Don’t care about actual cleaning only dusting and in such an old building that’s constantly being used by so many people it doesn’t matter how much you dust there’s always going to be dust unless a deep clean is done on the high ceilings that we can’t reach. Most pay days I’m questioning why my pay is wrong and then have to wait until next payday for them to rectify it IF THEY EVEN REMEMBER! I’ve contacted payroll days after speaking with my manager only to be told that no one has informed them of the wrong pay. The sign in system is rubbish and doesn’t always log hours properly so if it doesn’t log you in you don’t get paid. The managers don’t respond to enquiries quick enough. No praise for anything just constantly moaned at. Managers don’t come to check how things are often enough. Workers who do nothing but walk around with a cloth pretending to do something and can’t vacuum or empty bins because of a bad back get away with doing nothing and the people who actually clean are not respected and are told to help the useless ones.
