I’ve used NASA for the past 3 years and they have been exceptional in every aspect. I would highly recommend them to any contractor. The horror stories you hear about Umbrella Companies are always a worry but NASA are amazing and provide excellent service and support taking all the worry away. I’ve now returned up a permanent job but if I ever contract again then I wouldn’t hesitate to use NASA.

NASA took over as my umbrella company after a disastrous experience and they have been nothing short of outstanding. Every query I'd had, they were helpful, knowledgeable and dealt with matters promptly and efficiently. I'm no longer a contractor so have left NASA. Wouldn't really ever think to review an umbrella company. I've used a few over the years, and Nasa are the first that I've actually been impressed enough with to want to come and write something.

Really seamless service with a perfectly good portal for payslips. Understanding how they run payroll and calculate everything that goes into it (eg holiday pay, pension contributions) is actually easily discoverable through their knowledge hub - good for if you want to run your own calculations or check things.

Service is great and it's one of the simplest and easiest places for managing (SIPP) pension contributions. Able to quickly and easily change the % deduction made.

Does everything I've ever needed an Umbrella to do, and does nothing to get in the way of doing it. In every other respect it just sits in the background doing what it needs to do so that you can forget about it. Which is exactly what I want.

Can't imagine using any other umbrella again (unless things change or fees become unreasonable).
