Visited with a friend and the customer service from start to finish was so exceptional I feel compelled to write a review.

All of the staff were brilliant, greeting us warmly and seating us quickly and checking on us during the meal. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and helpful, most of all Pauline who was just so lovely.

The food was also great as usual. This location is one of the better Nando’s I’ve been to. Will definitely be back.

Nando's Croydon - Colonnades was a first but not forgettable dining experience. The chicken was so delicious, as well as the sides of spicy rice, long stem broccoli, creamy mash with Peri chicken gravy, and Peri- salted fries. We chose a medium spicy for our chicken and were not disappointed. The food is uniquely different and very good. The service was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere and vibe was comfortable, and laid back. We look forward to our next visit.

Been to this branch a few times. Food it good (chicken thighs, mac & cheese and fries), service can be hit or miss and cleanliness in the toilet isn't the best. Much better than the valley park restaurant if I was to choose.

Got the halloumi sticks, boneless platter and chicken wrap and they were decent I would say, what I kind of expected really, nothing amazing. Waiters were nice and pleasant. Paid for bottomless drinks and wanted bottomless yogurt as well (flavour of the day was strawberry) but the machine was out of order. The food is slightly overpriced in my opinion and not really worth the money for the amount.

Their Sunset burgers get 5 stars from me, quite tasty , juicy and chicken thighs have this amazing flavour! Their chicken liver is so delicious! Only in HOT sauce, last time I tried it in Lemon & Herb sauce - big no no! I have done the order online and I was their ontime to collect it however it wasn’t ready! This is the third time I waited 25mins, they are very busy in the evenings and this is why I prefer to order via Deliveroo. We have dined in too! Love the vibe, great decor, funky music and nice atmosphere! Parking is quite hassle free. I would have given them five star if it wasn’t for the delay in getting my order ready.

Went for lunch only with my 4years old last week, once seated he started drawing till food came. once my little one finished eating, i took him to wash his hands only when we returned our table was cleared up along with our other goods not belonging to nandos, had to put up with shorty crying as they took his unfinished drawing anyhow, management apologised for it and all was good.

Went there again today, after a session of softplay, junior was exhausted and hungry. This time, same story, sat at the table, started drawing and asked him to come and wash his hands, he told me straight away that he doesn’t wanna do it as they will take his drawing again. I assured him that won’t happen as we didn’t even received the food and nandos signage were still on the table. I even watched the table while washing hands, etc, just to turn aur back for 3 seconds while everything was taken off the table.

You can imagine the disappointment on junior face once we got to the table. Again, his water has been taken along with drawing. This time, i lost my temper for a second, told one of the staff member that this happened last week as well and asked what’s wrong with them. This time, management though that i was out of order and they said straight away that i will need to leave with 0 compassion for my 4y old that was crying already and shouting that he wants halumi…
