Really pleased with the service provided by MWM. We had a full workshop kitted out with them and I initially chose to go with them because I wanted a company which would provide good after care and we could work with continuously as we grow as a business. With any type of machinery there can be problems but if you have the right people at hand to give advise and help the effects can be minimised quickly. I'm confident I've found this with MWM, any issues we've had have been resolved by phone immediately or within 24hours by sending a technician out. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you know your machines. Great service.

MWM is just THE BEST and in my opinion THE ONLY company that you should be buying machinery from. We have purchased a few machines now from MWM and the machines all work perfectly. The machines speak for themselves really, but the best thing about MWM is the amount of help, guidance and service you get AFTER you have purchased any machinery. Always on the other end of the phone to help at any time. Can’t rate them enough in how helpful and how amazing they have all been and continue to be for whenever you need them. This will be the only company that we use to get any machinery for that reason alone. Honestly, it’s the most important part to owning big machines 🙌🏼
