I left my car for inspection and when I came back the inside of the car was dirty. The service workers ignored me, did not answer my phone calls and had no email contact. I had to go back to that same service four times because of an electrical failure. After the long discussions and many trials to fix the problem, the action started when I called the supervisor.
Furthermore, another problem was that the was a big noise coming out from the engine compartment. I came twice and paid 400 pounds, but they ended up not doing anything about it. I left the car for three days, and they didn’t manage to find anything wrong with it. In the end, I went to a different service. They found a hole inside the intercooler radiator.
Avoid this service because it’s fraud.

I was sold a Vito by Motus Truck & Van in Ipswich which was incorrectly registered on the V5 form, meaning that I was uninsured for 9 months and was then refused insurance until I changed the details on the V5.
I have been requesting compensation from the dealer and Mercedes Benz UK for over 2 months now, but I am now being completely ignored.
The level of customer service from this dealer and Mercedes Benz UK is not to the standard I would expect from a premier brand.

Stay away from this useless place. They’re nothing but a bunch of clowns. I booked an appointment with them almost three weeks ago for diagnostic tests for the engine management light on my work van. I was told to try and be there around 7.30am so they can finish their work quickly so I don’t have to wait long. I woke up at 6am and was there by 7.25am. I was told to leave the vehicle there and they will call me when it’s checked. Because of I live 20 miles away from this place I decided to hang around in local area for a while and see if their work will finish quickly so I don’t have to take a cab home and come back again. I called them 4 hours after I left the van and was told that they still haven’t had a chance to look at it. I called again 3 hours later and they told me the technician is not in today so I have to make another appointment with them. They wasted my day, cost me a loss on days wages and fuel to drive 40 miles. 7 hours for nothing!
Do you research carefully and find another honest place for your vehicle. Stay away from this cowboy company who fills you up with lots of promises but only wastes your time and money!!!

Getting in contact via telephone is difficult as a central branch is used depending on the options you select on your phone keypad. Other than that I have many MOT’s done there without a problem as the office staff and test lane supervisor are very helpful

Today I have an appoiment 06/08/20 for Mercedes X class,to change oil,and oil filters,fuel filters and engine filters ,brake pads ,brake disc.When I bring my car they promise all work will be done today,but he change only oil but not filter for oil this is a big mistake .I pay only for oil 168£.When I call to take my car they didn’t do nothing .I have the foto that motor after change oil is very dirty.I’m really disappointed.I want to write a claim the bad service I never saw.
