Although tiny in comparison to most motorway services it had all the services you would expect. Top marks as it was clean and tidy, and all staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and again none of the litter you can find at similar places. The old services were very grand with the Severn Bridge viewpoint - worth walking to if you have the time and the weather is fine.

Absolutely a waste of journey time. Avoid !
Step back into the 80's and enjoy the relief of having a wee stop (wouldn't advise anything else in the graffiti adorned cubicles) and leave the poorly stocked excuse of a W H Smiths and cramped Costa to those travelers that are in desperate need of nourishment. Personally I'd sooner wet myself and go hungry.

I hate to give away my secret, but if you want a nice quiet motorway service station that's always quiet when I visit. Drive in, park next to door walk straight to counter at BK or Costa... no queues, no fuss. Other than that just like all the rest

Not the largest of services but strategically positioned by the old Severn Bridge (we used to cheer, when we reached the bridge and eventually made it to England on school trips in the 70's 😂: and especially a stop at the service 👌). Had a lovely Burger King and a relief from the heavy traffic on the M4.

Relatively peaceful small motorway services, but has all the facilities needed. I was waiting recovery so spent slightly longer than usual at these Services. There are currently more charging spaces allocated than there are charging points.

Very Poor Services

Although parking is good for HGV'S access to the service building is closed after 10pm and doesn't open again till 6am .... no access to toilets and or hygiene facilities even though there is a sign on the door that states 'OPEN 24/7'

HGV Drivers have no choice but to use service stations for facilities at least make sure they are open at times stated on the doors or allow access for drivers.

NOT GOOD MOTO !!

First off no bus or coach parking which meant having to park with the lorries (annoyed some of them!)
Followed by the early closing time compared to most other services. Nothing worked out stopping here!

What a disappointment. I hadn't been here for years and discovered that the services no longer had a view of the Severn or the bridge as they have been moved. Happily a member of staff in WHSmith told me how to find the path to the old viewing point. It was very eerie but there were indeed lovely views.
