It was ok visit I would say. We arrived looking for charging points and to our joy and amusement we found them. They were almost full tho, only one spot left. Me and my partner really needed to use a restroom, unfortunately creating an account for the charger takes quite a while so I left my partner behind and head to use a bathroom and explore the services. Toilets were ok, clean but dryers were terrible - poor quality, weird location and not enough of them. I ended up drying hands using my skirt. I met my boyfriend in Pret looking at healthier meal options. He told me charger we chose doesn’t work. Big disappointment. We decided to share salad from Pret and meal from Burger King. Frise were topped with bacon and cheese sauce - absolute game changer. We managed to charge the car in the end, ate our food in the car and had an attempt at napping. It was a memorable visit, full of ups and downs. If we will be near by in the future we will visit again looking for new crazy adventures.

Nice services, very clean usual choice of eateries to chose from like Greggs, Burger King and KFC and Pret A Manger as well as M&S and WH Smith’s.

Cornwall Pasty Co outside do delicious pasties at reasonable prices.

Good service station with access from M4 and A34.

Easy-going and neat. Nice place for a relaxing break on the motorway, especially the different coffee shops. Liked the sandwiches at Pret A Manger. We also had nice hot coffee from Costa.

Very Good!

Often stop at this services, handy and a nice little stop to stretch your legs and grab some stuff on a long drive.

Clean enough to be honest, especially with the foot-fall they have.

This services is known for a lot of theft from lorry’s. So drivers beware when parking over night. They have security on site and ANPR but that doesn’t help after your vehicle has broken into.

Pricey, but what do you expect for a services in the middle of no-where.

But overall great little stop off…

Worth visiting has the usual stuff at service stations and staff are fairly friendly and willing to help. The Costa has a good seating area and clearly they take pride in their service - well done!!

2hrs free Parking... The toilet is clean, yea with a bit of not so unpleasant smell.

Good Take, there's a Massage chair Right at the main building entrance walkway, got a really good Massage for a total of 15mins 1quid/3mins. Almost fell asleep.

Just waited 50 minutes for a KFC where the order was wrong and the food was not up to the usual KFC standards. The manager just wanted to hide in her office leaving the poor stuff to struggle.

The toilets were filthy too.

Avoid this hell hole at all costs.

My car was damaged by the driver of this white Volkswagen Camper-van, who escaped from the scene, and I received no help or any support from the security staff whatsoever to stop and identify the offender. So, if you’re planning to visit their services, please stay vigilant, because if anything happens, you’re on your own …

I had no issues at this service station. Inside, it looks neat and tidy and well organised. I had some great food at the Costa. Restrooms were clean and maintained well. Happy with my visit. 🙂
