Avoid, time wasters.
I have send my device with broken screen valued as faulty device. They offered we money for peanuts because the damaged screen that needed replacing anyway was not original.

Originally quoted £200 for a Samsung s22 plus which matched the good condition on their website. It took a week for them to respond to me with an 'updated' quote in which they claimed the phone had HEAVY screen damage . Lost for words. Here are images of a phone with heavy screen damage.. they offered £120. I declined and asked for the phone to be sent back. They then offered £130. I also sent the phone in the original box and it was returned without it.

The process of getting a quote for my phone and receiving the postage label was very easy - and the quote itself was decent compared to the more popular selling places.

However I was emailed to say that my device wouldn't turn on and therefore, they couldn't give me the money for my phone.

Working in tech myself, this is understandable, but I was confused. I tested my phone before I sent it and I know it powers on. I asked for it back and the moment I received it in the post, took it out the box, I plugged it in. The phone turned on fine...

I'm a little offput to try them again in the future but given the other good reviews, I'm hoping this was a one off situation.

Sent in my iphone to sell just before Christmas and received my money in the 2nd week of January, despite being informed it would take around 1 working day.
I called numerous times to be informed that their office was closed until the 4th of Jan despite nothing about this closure being shown on their website which was quite disappointing

However the reason for the 5 star review is simply because when I gave my feedback about my experience I was contacted and listened to by the Co-Founder of the company who offered a sincere apology. He also offered a reason why my delay had occurred (backlog due to postal strikes etc) whilst still taking responsibility for his companies actions.

The phone call was so refreshing to hear and despite not every company being perfect what I do appreciate are companies owning up to when they were wrong and that is what happened here.

Yes it did take longer for the money to arrive however followup from MobileJungle made me look past that. Great company who put their customers first! Thanks

Best company to buy a phone from, the service you receive is exemplary. I bought my phone from them, and received a phone call within the hour to check my details were correct. After the pleasant phone call my phone arrived the next day at 9 o clock. The phone came delivered with DHL who take care of your post.

I have never been so impressed with a company, and the phone was absolutely perfect, and from now on they are the people I choose for my phones and tablets.

Dont buy anything of this company! 12 month warranty. 6 months after buying the phone stopped working and they wouldn't stand over warranty. Dont waste your money!!!!
