My worst experience with this garage.After my car was kept for almost a week , they called me to tell me that they can't fix the car as they don't have the necessary knowledge. It is a control module from a headlight that needed to be recoded so the car could recognize the new part. Payment I paid the same as if they had fixed it. I had to look elsewhere , I found a real professional who did everything in 10 minutes.

This is the only garage in the area I trust. I've been using MJS for the past 3 years and I am wholeheartedly recommending them to anyone with car issues. They have never tried to deceive me, only fix whatever needs fixing, willing to listen to the customer's concerns, and they explain in detail what the issues with the car were when asked. Pricing is fair, no additional charges added to the bill. The team is lovely and are overall awesome people

Brilliant service at a reasonable price too.

They are a small local garage who try their best to do you right, if that means paying extra for the branded parts that's what they suggest. If they can get away with a cheaper alternative, they do that too.

A friendly bunch to add. Can't recommend enough!

Took my 2016 Discovery Sport in for Mot, service, and a few extras that were needed.
Cannot fault the work. Friendly knowledgeable staff and I wasn't shocked when I paid the bill.
Unless I have any problems that need sorting, I won't be going back until next year. But going back, I will be.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT GARAGE, ITS A SHAME THERES NOT MORE LIKE THEM...

We are a car sales based in Essex who sold a car to a customer based in Ipswich, she had a light come on and chose MJS Services purely because she was nearby.

As a general rule from our experience in circumstances like this i.e. Lady on her own and the fact that its a car sales who are going to foot the bill , most garages see pound signs and a chance to exploit the circumstance.. NOT IN THIS CASE WHATSOEVER!!

THIS FANTASTIC GARAGE was polite with our customer and ourselves, they didnt make the job any bigger than the single sensor it needed, i can honestly say we have found them a pleasure to deal with and we will be recommending them as a garage to all of our customers based in Ipswich.
