Nothing good here accept to say health and safety is breach on a regular basis by the Management and HR they lie to satisfied there own means even to ACAS they lie. You as an Operator are expected to run Die Cast machine with a broken Scrap conveyor, Ingot Conveyor and a broken Trim press and if you have an accident the Management and HR points the finger of blame at you this is how these people operate. This is an addition to the Hydraulic Oil leaking from the Machinery itself so there is Oil all over the floors because they just run the machinery without actually fixing it and like one of the Management team says he can dump broken machinery anywhere in the foundry if he wants to this is a person who doesn't care about the health and safety of others in the foundry.
