Great local business that you can easily forget is there. The staff are genuine, friendly and helpful. I called earlier in the week as my computer was failing to boot. The next day I dropped it off and it was diagnosed within an hour. Repair made the same day and cost (including parts) was less than a bigger chain would charge for the diagnostic alone. Miles was brilliant and I'll definitely be back when I finally decide to upgrade!

FIRST STOP.
This should be your first stop for reliable advice and repairs for computers and laptops. I haven't had to use these guys often but whenever I've needed advice or repairs they have been superb.
Most recently I went to sort out a laptop charger problem. They tested my charger and found it to be ok then advised me exactly what the problem with my laptop could be and how to fix it myself. I then went home and fixed it.
There was no issue about telling me what to do or pressure to take it to them to fix, just friendly advice.
Highly recommended.
UPDATE. Nov 24.
Yet again these guys came to the rescue. I accepted the free upgrade from windows 10 to 11, a simple download and install I thought. Following the upgrade several things went wrong including my ability to access any of the files on my laptop. There were other issues too and I was pulling my hair out until I took it too Melton Computers and they sorted everything really quickly, I had thought I'd have to replace the machine but they rescued it.
