MOULDY FOOD HAZARD!!! I AM FUMING CAN'T EAT MY BREAKFAST. This is the first time they have got my order correct in terms of ingredients. I have ordered 3 times without cheese and have received my order with chese, which I cannot eat. The first time they have got my order correct the bread is FLIPPING MOULDY!!! I AM NOT HAPPY

When I was going to order my meal some one else bumped into us and also the staff are very rude at window and never ask of you want any sauces and the food is alright although the fries are cold and the filet o fish has a taste like vinegar do not reccomend

Ordered a McCrispy (Plain) via Mcdelivery
Received as fully loaded with lettuce and mayo. Also found it was a McSpicy in the bun.
Label on the side of the box states McCrispy Plain

3 times in a row this has happened when ordering McCripy’s. I feel staff need training on how to read Spicy and Crispy!

Also ordered double Cheese burger that was delivered, looking like its had a round with Mile Tyson.

Called customer support who did give me a refund. However, all i wanted was a replacement meal. I’m hungry after a full day at work and not had chance to get anything in normal food wise due to work commitments.
After checking the refund email, i found out they have refunded me the wrong item (less value item)

Boy was i wrong putting my trust in Heckmondwike Mcdonalds!
Phone number for restaurant is constantly engaged.

The service is shocking. Definitely not fast food. Waited 25 minutes for food. When asked where our food was, one or people were apologetic the rest were dismissive and didn’t care. This place has gone seriously downhill in the last few months.

If I could rate lower, I would. I recently ordered from uber eats from this branch. I waited over an hour while the driver sat there and waited. After managing to get a hold of him I was informed they hadn't even began the order. Once it had finally arrived, we came to notice the order was missing items of which we obviously couldn't get a refund for. Don't waste your time with this branch, isn't the first time they have purposely missed items on my orders

Jokers blocked my review at another McDonald's. This is closed for refurbishment and failed to notify the public anyway. CLOWNS. Staff are jokes, too.

The past 3 orders from here have been terrible. Cold stale chips, not fresh at all. The burgers and chicken strips are okay, but it’s not hard to serve FRESH chips really is it.
