Martin did the planning drawings for us for a loft conversion with full length dormer to the rear of the property. Full planning permission was needed as the property had been extended previously. He took the time to understand our requirements and made two site visits to ensure everything was correct. He was also happy to make minor tweaks to the drawings to suit our preferences and the planning permission was received with the minimum of fuss. His fees were also very reasonable, so we would not hesitate to recommend.

Martin did the plans for our side extension to house a downstairs shower room and office at the start of the year and was fantastic. After telling him what we wanted to he was quick to make alternative suggestions as about how we could achieve this and make the best use of the space. He was approachable and always willing to answer questions and happy to amend the drawings until. He made sure that we were completely happy with final design before submitting the drawings for planning permission.

Although we didn't end up using his services for the build itself I highly recommend Martin Ballard.
