Avoid at all costs. Booked to pick me up, they cancelled 30 minutes before and left me stranded in the countryside late at night.

Used Mark before without any problems or issues. Pre-booked him weeks in advance on this occasion as an important celebration and he blew us out for a larger fare and gave us a poor excuse that the reservation was a week later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My Canadian guests booked a taxi from Vespasian Road to Bedwyn station to pick them up 25 minutes before their train to London - which should have been more than enough time. The woman on the phone said she'd never heard of that road so my guest offered a postcode, which the woman declined, and the booking was made anyway. I heard this call take place.

15 minutes after the booking time, there was no taxi and no one had called to apologise, explain or ask where my guests were (if the driver was on the wrong road by mistake).

I called, got through after several attempts, and was told "no, they didn't ask for Vespasian Road, they asked for The Station Road, which was odd because there's no Station Road in Marlborough." I asked why they didn't try to clarify if they didn't know which road was being asked for, and she said "I tried but I didn't get very far!" This was clearly untrue as my guest offered a postcode to help pinpoint the road name. I then asked why they made the booking anyway, got no answer and was instead offered a taxi on the spot - this was now way too late to be useful as a taxi couldn't have made it to us and then to Bedwyn in time for the train. I declined and the woman said "Goodbye then" and hung up. No apology and obviously thought it was our fault!

To be clear - my friend has a Canadian accent but it is not so thick that anything besides the pronunciation of the road name could be misunderstood. There was plenty of opportunity to clarify the pick-up point - the booking should never have been made if the company thought it was for a road that didn't exist, and my friends should have been alerted in plenty of time if there was a problem. They have lost out on 60 Canadian dollars in non-refundable train tickets because Marlborough Taxis couldn't be bothered to clarify a misheard road name.

Refused a booking from GWR yesterday evening after train cancellations, leaving several people (including the elderly) stranded until gone midnight when other arrangements were finally made with another company based in Slough. Disgraceful behaviour, you'd be better off walking.

I would absolutely not recommend booking with this company. We had booked a taxi hours in advance, and they simply didn't show up. After calling the office multiple times, we finally got in contact with a woman who tried to blame us for her not getting the correct information. Absolutely disappointing, horrible service, and you really would be better off walking.

Taxi didn’t arrive for my 13 year old son when booked. Then some totally nonsense excuse about not being in business when the booking was taken. Didn’t make any sense and my son was stranded and missed his train.

Shouted at me that he'd earned his money for the day and he was done, at 4pm. Nice. Called Marlborough cars who came straight away.
