Have been using this facility since it first opened. It's a very useful facility in the town.
Unfortunately the current staff are nowhere near as helpful as those in the past. Some of them seem to be more interested in checking phones and chatting about sport, even when it's obvious someone needs help They don't seem to have any customer care standards. Does anyone from the head office visit as a secret shopper?

A huge change from how this place was a year ago. The staff used to be so helpful, cheerful and all the recycling containers open and in use. A totally different story now. Staff Leaning or standing around. Containers chained off and not in use. And the containers don't match the signs overhead.

Very easy to find and use set out nicely and very clean ,clear signs so you know we're to put things staff very helpful especially if you're not quite sure where things go if not marked the staff helped me no end, even with the heavy things I have to recycle all in all very happy with the experience, will use again

Very helpful and efficient staff during visit this morning. Hopefully, their managers give praise for what they are doing. I also really hope the booking system continues post-Covid. It just flattens out the peaks and troughs of visits and makes everything so much calmer.

Visited the tip site the other day. We have just moved to the area and had a lot to get rid of . We we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff , their helpful attitude and the spotlessly clean site. All of the guys there are a credit to their site and employers... I hope the council realises what a great crew they have there... Thanks guys ... see you again!
