Let's start at the beginning. ANPR worked well and let us park in generous parking bays. Dinner was good - couldn't fault it. Good sized portions. The room was clean and tidy and with a view of St. Micheal's Mount. Very good shower -good pessure and hot. Comfy bed - slept like a log, Breakfast we were really impressed with. None of this buffet rubbish, waited on hand and foot. The toast/bread nice and thick. This is just a good place to stay. If you want anything then just ask. I was a little dissapointed that the owners couldn't sort the weather, but we'll forgive them thhis once.

Amazing Hotel easily one of the best we have ever experienced. Impeccably run by Karen the Manageress with amazing staff. Our room was just gorgeous and could not be faulted. The service in bar was prompt and charming. The restaurant was light and spacious yet felt welcoming. The lounge was beautifully furnished. Our meals, both dinner and breakfast were served by a charming young lady and could not be faulted, the fish we had was wonderful and breakfast was really good. Usually in hotels breakfast is the worst mel but this was five star. We will return

My wife Sandra and I went to the Marazion hotel for a long weekend, we arrived on the Friday at 2.30. Went to the car park (that is for over night quest only) then to the reception. We had a lovely welcome as we registered in. We were taken to a lovely room, plenty of room inside, lots of draws and cupboard to put your belongings. The bathroom was amazing, very recently renovated, fantastic shower, with lovely shampoo’s etc. the towels were very fluffy. The room was well heated with additional heater that we didn’t need, in fact the room temp was mostly between 22 and 25 degrees, but you can turn the radiator down. We went down to the bar for a drink, the bar man greeted us with a welcome, he suggested we have the house double gin and tonic as it was a very good and cheaper alternative to Gordon’s. We went for a walk about in the town, before getting ready for dinner. (Always book for dinner asap, as they fill up quickly) I had a steak with trimmings, and Sandra had the roast cauliflower with trimmings, we were very happy with our choices, the food was cooked very well. Breakfast in the morning is table service. The choice is fantastic, from traditional Cornish breakfast to Salmon and scrambled eggs, tea coffee, juices and great thick toast, brown or white. We were always asked if we were ok and did we want extra tea or food. We used the hotel as a base to look around the area. We have been to Cornwall many times, and love it, we walked over to St Michael’s Mount, visited Mousehall, St Ives, and Penzance. Everywhere we went, people were so friendly and helpful. |At the hotel everyone was so lovely and helpful, always a smile and genuine interest in your day, |I can honestly say we would come back in a heartbeat. Being here out of season, it is very quiet, and most visitor sites are closed. But there are lots of places to visit that will keep you busy.

We were made welcome by all the staff during our one-night stay at this delightful Cornish hotel. Recent refurbishments have made every room a pleasure to be in, with tasteful decor and attractive surroundings. Our bedroom was warm and cosy, with everything we could possibly need from plentiful pillows and towels, to well-stocked complimentary toiletries and a large tray of refreshments. |The bar was also welcoming and friendly for evening drinks, and the breakfast couldn’t be faulted. Thank you for having us!

We experienced something special during our stay at the Marazion Hotel, which we thought had been lost from modern day hospitality. There is a close-knit team here, all of whom work hard to welcome guests and ensure they have everything they need. They are friendly and warm, and a delight to have around - and it’s quite obvious that they all like each other, which is a pretty special thing. The hotel is comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere - and enjoys an amazing location just opposite from St Michael’s Mount. Our room was bright, spotless, and very well appointed; with one of the best showers we’ve ever had in a hotel, and plenty of storage for our things. The bed was very comfortable, and made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfasts were delicious and of the highest quality. We had dinner at the hotel on two of the three nights, and wished it had been all three. The menu was superb, incredible value for money, and amongst other lovely dishes, we had the best Cornish seafood chowder imaginable. Sunday roast was sublime. We recommend the Marazion Hotel unreservedly - and will definitely be going again next year!

This was a last minute booking, as we had been let down by another hotel in Mullion. ||What a find :-)||Fantastic views of St Michaels Mount out of our bedroom window - we had the two-bedroom family suite for us & our two sons. It was perfect!||The staff were so friendly and helpful - an absolute breathe of fresh air.||I cannot fault the cleanliness and decor - lovely!||We had our saturday evening meal in the hotel and the food was delicious and the atmosphere was family friendly - even in the bar, where we took our young sons and the staff gladly made them the best hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows that they had ever seen.||It turned 1st Dec while we were there and the hotel already had their Christmas tree and decorations up and it was so festive and cosy.||We are definitely going back as soon as possible

A delightful hotel in the best location with a great restaurant and friendly staff. Free onsite parking. The room with a view was a good size, with a roomy bathroom and a beautiful view. Situated across the road from the beach. As it was summer, it was suggested we leave the car and take the hop on hop off bus which is only 2 pounds, which proved a great idea. Thanks for the most relaxing stay of our UK trip.

Lovely food in the restaurant, one of the best seafood chowders I’ve ever had. However we felt very uncomfortable sat in the bar having a drink after our meal, given a few ‘local bar flies’ who literally looked at us like we were something they had trod in - one quick drink and we were gone, headed straight over to the bar at the Godolphin which was so welcoming and professional. Didn’t return to the bar at the Marazion. Shame really
