Had initially rented from Nathan and had been contemplating buying a hot tub for a while. Buying from Manchester Spas was a no-brainer!
Nathan and Lenny were extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all questions when completing the installation.

Both are so passionate and genuinely care about the tubs and customer. Cannot recommend enough!!
It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with such an amazing company and people.

Absolutely Fabulous, the delivery & continued service is second to none with Nathan, very polite & respectful of our property. They took on our installation where other companies would not entertain us, due to the awkwardness of where the hot tub had to fit through before the installation, they only had 1cm clearance & at one time we thought it wasn't going to happen but the tenacity of Nathan & his team ensured made it happen.
A important note to add is our electric has barely increased since having our Pinkblock hot tub in Aug 2023 due to the insulation features.
If you're undecided about a hot tub then the answer has to be a big yes, definitely when buying from Nathan at Pinkblock.

All went smoothly, Nathan turned up on time for installing and collecting and was a friendly guy. Clear instructions. No problems at all. We were also lucky the gazebo just fitted! Was a fun addition to the Christmas week with my family. Would recommend

We had Nathan repair our tub today. He asked for video in case he could help without call out charge (which he couldn’t). He came within 24H, identified and sorted the problem, which was a blown fuse. He could have easily over charged us which he didn’t.
Sound lad - I would have no problem recommending him.

Had to move an enormous hot tub today with Manchester spas. Best part of a tonne or more in weight. Both ends of the journey were a challenge with tight corners and small spaces but these guys had no issues resolving these details.

Absolutely 5 star couldn't be happier. I wish them all the best in future. WINNING BUSINESS WITH TOP GUYS

We are so happy with our new “Supernova Pro” spa. It has all the features we need and more. The spa is easy to use and maintain. The build quality is also superb.

Nathan has given us brilliant advice on choosing a new spa to fit our needs and provide extensive knowledge on the logistics of fitting and maintaining our tub.

Nathan provided an extremely quick delivery and was not satisfied until we were happy and everything was right.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The products and service they provide is absolutely superb and we couldn’t be happier.
