This company is fantastic for printers and printing supplies with friendly and first class customer service. Helina is exceptional with her invaluable knowledge, 'can do' approach and always goes the extra mile (or two ?) to help out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This may be true of all printer companies but I can only review based on my experience with Managed Technology. We haven't used the printer for 4 of the 5 years we signed up for them. They won't have the printer back until the end of the contract even though I offered to pay for the remaining term. When I asked what should I do with the printer after the contract was up, they said I could drop it off or they could pick it up for £350+vat!?!?!?!? The printer costs no more than £400-£500, I've spent over £2k on it and they still want £350+vat to pick it up. I'm not sure why they are employing a plastic surgeon to pick up a printer, but I will drop it off thanks 🙂 I only signed up because one of their guys joined a networking group and talked down the rest of the industry and how they didn't scam everyone like the rest. Terrible industry by the sounds of things. Oh and a 6 months notice period for a £400-£500 printer?!?!?! Absolute scam.

We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Managed Technology.
We purchased a reconditioned biz hub from them and now pay a fixed fee per copy which covers maintenance and supply of toner.
Whenever we need a repair the engineers are quick to respond and fix the problem. We even enjoy the occasional ad hoc curtesy visit to clean and health check the machine

We cannot recommend this company enough. Director Darryl Chappell set the tone from the outset, listening carefully to what our needs were and able to customise the correct machine so that we could achieve our particular tasks. This company obviously has a strong leader who sets the ethos and it is all about good customer service and attention to detail from the initial enquiry to the install. Prices are good. If the customer service we have experienced so far is anything to go by, I am 100% certain that if assistance if ever needed, the response will be rapid and efficient. You will be in very good hands with Darrlyl and his team.

Would definitely recommend Managed Technology. We have been using for many years now. Great company with good people. Fairly priced.Never have any issues. Get regular contact just checking if we are happy or in need of supplies. Recently had a visit from Halina just to check in and clean the machine. Lovely lady, friendly, quick and efficient. Great company ,great people.
