My wife booked her car in 4 weeks before the MOT ran out it was booked in for a service and MOT. Unfortunately it was booked in a week later according to there record. They were quite rude on the phone and my wife said a sorry would help. They were not willing to apologise as they said it could not proven they were at fault.We know we didn’t put it in their diary. We have used them in the past with no problem, I guess they don’t need the work.

Really disappointing experience today. Took my car there at 10am with a nail in the tyre. I was asked to return at 4pm as they were really busy.
Returned just before 4pm and was told by a different man that, “we don’t do appointments and we can’t do the job for 50 minutes.”
When I asked why I’d been told to return at 4pm, his attitude kicked in, treating me like an interruption to his day, and clearly miffed because I was annoyed with this appalling service.

Went in today to get my tyre fixed, quick, friendly service. I’m someone who hates going to garages on my own and felt really comfortable, was well looked after, really professional, and great price. Would highly recommend. Thanks Dan

I went for a puncture repair. Employee Jack was very courteous, professional and efficient. £20 in my opinion is a fair price for excellent service.

Slow puncture and happened to be just down the road. Asked hopefully if they could take a look and was back on the road in half an hour. Great service
