The blonde girl that work in the middle desk is the worst person to deal with. No manners or any type of care . She literally didn’t even looked me in the eye once while i was asking questions and rushed me to go away. But when people from her native language comes she is the most outstanding. Just shameful that its one sided

I stopped working for Mach, 6 months ago. HMRC still has not received my P45, which stops me from claiming my owed tax back. They have no working contact number, and the staff on-site are so rude I am surprised I even lasted the day! Stay well clear

I'm very unhappy with the Mach agency in the month of December they give shifts but after that they said it's not busy and for 6 months of waiting they didn't give any shift to us and every time visited at Mach agency for the shift they said it's fully booked now and only give shifts to the references only they are like totally partially between the people... did this hiring only one Warehouse that's not a good deal for them.

I'm not happy with this agency they messaged me many times about GXO work confirmetion text and date of the induction and before the induction day they messaged me induction date cancelled GXO not busy.
For this induction I cancelled my another job. It's very bed they need to sure before 1 week.I'll go again and see what they do for me.

So I ve worked at this agency and I have 4 months already and I m still waiting for my money ,if you need an agency look for another one !!! I m just one from the many others who are waiting for their money at this moment ! They should be ashamed and reported to HMRC!!!

Not sure if there's several locations for this company so I can't speak for them all but my short experience with Mach was awful, applied for a job and the system was a mess and just kept saying unable to verify email please try again later but never worked after spending time filling out details. I was then asked if I wanted to come into the office to register but that ended up being the actual place I was going to work. I was told a very soon and inconvenient time to go there so requested it to be the following day so I have time to research the location and then was told to contact the next day so i did and have been completely ignored so I would recommend avoiding this cowboy agency and visit a decent one where you are respected and are more than just a number they can phob off. Horrible agencies like this shouldn't exist. Unprofessional
