This is one joker cowboy mechanics.
I gave him my van he said the bottom end had gone. So I paid £3100 for a reconditioned engine.
Then he broke 2 injectors and i end up paying for 4 new injectors for £500.Then he broke the fuel line and i paid £87 for that. He kept my van for 1 month. I was keen in asking him to finish my job but he was more interested in other jobs. I paid him a deposit as he was asking for it upfront.
He said weeks later the job will be completed 100% on Wednesday, so I went to collect the van . But when I got there garage was closed i went Thursday to check if job had been completed but he hadn't started but no he was busy working on other jobs again.
On Friday he messaged me and said he is not doing this job because I was ringing him too many times!
So now I have to take my van to another garage paid extra recovery charges and mechanic labour as well. Horrible customer service he can not do jobs on time and won't be able to do them properly. Do not have respect for his own words .
Lies all the time. Not recommended at all.
All parts and was given to him on 10th of July. I got all voice recordings and messages. Only injectors was given on 30th July and he just don't want to finish the job. And keep saying me its only 2 hour job left.
He lies about his dad passed away and he is closing the garage now.
When I left the feedback he comes back to me to remove the feedback with 3 guys trying to damage the van and that makes me call the police and take my van to the other garage. Police reference number is CRI/06NN/0023188/24 .

M26 Garage Dominic Van Cars. Absolute joke of a garage. Not just been let down once but twice. Customer service is absolutely none existent. Bought a new car recently and asked for it to be checked over . Had it serviced but needed a small part for the exhaust booked it for Wednesday and I was told to drop my car off at the garage. As I work full time I had to drop it off early and get an Uber home so I could get to work. Rung Dominic (the owner) at 9 to make sure everything is sorted and the car would be ok to be sorted. Only to be ignored until 1:30 pm with a message from his partner saying that he had been sick all night and won’t be at the garage today. (So my car was sat outside his garage all day with the key in the wheel arch) this annoyed me but I thought I would give him the chance to still sort it. What a mistake. Finally managed to get him on the phone and he apologised and told me to drop it off Saturday morning and he will sort it for me (today) I ring him this morning to be ignored 3 times. I thought I’m going to drive down and see if anyone is there and to no surprise the garage was shut and no one was there. I have been lied to twice and ignored around 14 times and counting. NEVER EVER EVER even think about going to this useless garage. The owner Dominic is a liar and a waste of space. doesn’t care one bit about his customers. You can’t even park outside the garage without the risk of a parking ticket as it is a permit only area. I Warn anyone thinking of going here to please avoid at all costs!!!! Let down even when given a second chance. I would recommend going to the garage across the road near the met entrance. They don’t mess around and are 10000000% better than this joke of a garage. Can't recommend this garage enough! Wouldn't go anywhere else for the work on my car, really friendly, proffesional, mechanics with a tonne of knowledge and care for vehicle's!
