We used M&M a while ago to help to diagnose a particularly problematic issue we had with a NAS device, used as an on-site backup for our data.

M&M, after advice from Lindsey (one of their helpful account managers) sent out an engineer who sat and worked through the issue with us, expertly diagnosing the problem (which turned out to be a bust NAS, with the hard drives being intact.)

We were incredibly impressed with M&M's professionalism, knowledge and general outlook at helping their customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again!

As a very busy lettings and estate agency business, we use a lot of property technology to ensure a good service to our customers. Our business did not have a local IT company to handle our IT needs. I wanted to put pen to paper to thank you and the M+M team for installing the ESET encryption on my business machines last week. Following my attendance at your GDPR seminar at the Chamber of Commerce on the 19th of March I was impressed by the simple functionality of the encryption tool, and its potential value to me as part of a suite of ‘best practice’ measures in relation to the new General Data Protection Regulations. I am now confident that my laptop and desktop computers are suitably encrypted so that their hard drives cannot be accessed, even if they are removed from the machines themselves. I am also delighted to have a simple but effective means of encrypting removable media such as USB drives, SD cards, and HDDs. Adrian arrived promptly and installed the programme with zero fuss and bother, and I will have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone.
