Review is for Lund London’s USA store, but I’m putting it here because I don’t see a google page for the American one.

I love my insulated bottle and was heartbroken when the cap broke.

I ordered a replacement which did not ship within the expected window. When I reached out, customer service was super kind and helpful and got it in the mail right away. I wish that the bottles and caps were cheaper and that my order had shipped sooner, but I want to recognize how attentive customer service was, even during the holiday rush. Cheers!
