I recently bought my first property, and Lumley estates were the agents for the seller.

I was in the market for over 3 years, and have come across probably close to 100 agents which have listed the properties I have viewed. By far and away, Lumley’s has been the most competent and professional agent I have come across.

Buying a home, especially your first, is an incredibly stressful process. Lumley’s were extremely good and managing the process and communicating regularly with updates along the way, making life easier. Additionally, whenever I needed to arrange viewings at awkward times or with little notice, they were flexible and accommodating. If I was the seller, I’d be very happy with the efforts they go through above and beyond the basics you’d expect.

Both Scott and Dean were brilliant, but more importantly well informed about the properties they were showing. I have come across countless agents who are utterly clueless about the properties they’re showing me around. Total opposite experience here, I often had a plethora of questions which were answered well, and if not, they actually would bother getting back to me if they didn’t know.

Would highly recommend using Lumley’s.
