I have been working with Luke on my personal goals for just over the month and can honestly say it's been the most positive experience of working with a PT I've ever had. Luke is patient and flexible, he carefully adapts workouts and exercises to the individual and is focused on long term mindset and habit change instead of short term, unrealistic targets. I am 58, and have been working with Luke for 6 months, twice a week. I am feeling great mentally, and physically I am getting stronger each week. Luke pushes me enough to take me out of my comfort zone, but always within my capabilities. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and a joy to work with. He listens to my goals, and gently reminds me where we are heading. If you are in North Norfolk, and need to get yourself fit, mentally and physically, I’d highly recommend Luke. On top of that he’s a thoroughly lovely person!

I’m so glad I found Luke! After a long time out of competitive sport and following lots of injury I never thought I’d enjoy training again.

I have been working with Luke for a while now, firstly as a PT and then later as a coach and he has helped me enormously.
In the gym he is so knowledgeable and creates training programs that help you progress and enjoy what you are doing. I have often felt out if place and uncomfortable in gyms and with physical activities and Luke has changed that for me and I now enjoy gym classes and working out and discovering what my body can do.
As a coach he is patient and kind and skilled in helping set goals and get to the real centre of what I want to achieve and what might be holding me back, his sessions are insightful and have helped me focus and identify what to work on to get to where I want to be.
If you are looking for someone to help you on your path then I would heartily recommend Luke

4 months and I feel like a completely different perspective has entered my life. Having always struggled with feeling self conscious and reaching burnout as a new mum with a big corporate job to try and cope with, I came to Luke with low self-esteem, a lot of doubt about my what (if anything!) my body was capable of and very unsure that I’d last for more than the first month.
Luke has patiently chipped away, encouraging me, supporting and also challenging me in exactly the way I have needed each session. I’m lifting weights I never imagined, and noticing huge changes in my capability, energy and positivity away from the gym. I feel empowered, energised, excited because I’m finally putting my own well-being first. And I can also see a difference in how I look and my confidence.
Just don’t tell him you found something easy because he will challenge you to push beyond comfortable when he knows you can but you may not believe it!
