Excellent service!!! to all bad review and bad comments below: I'd say guys this little branch serves whole little town, and only two ppl there. Would be good if you understand they do their job also they are ppl too, would be good if you ask them if they doing fine and they had a great day?!. But the most important they serving you ! So no need to complaint and moan about how bad someone is, look in mirror you may find the ungrateful one inside it. Also keep in mind you can alway go somewhere else the closest is about 2-3 miles away so good luck and Thank You Postoffice!!!

Ram, at the post office is amazing. He goes above and beyond to accommodate. He always makes sure my parcels are correctly wrapped and even provides the tape to do so. It's lovely to come in to a friendly face and a conversation. The post office provides all the essentials I need like milk bread ect and the opening times are so much more convenient. We can even pop in before the school run to get treats as it's open at 8am. It's a pleasure to visit ?

The new owners are brilliant. They work far longer hours than before which is so convenient. They have even stayed open on Bank Holidays. They go the extra mile. They are friendly and have shown they care about the community. You never have to wait long in a queue.

Poor service and ill mannered employee.
Employee was more interested in chatting on private phone call than serving. No welcome greeting. No communication of cost of services purchased, (I had to ask). No eye contact, no thank you or goodbye.
I don't know if the other staff display this attitude, but I think this employee needs a good lesson in customer service.
Better off going to the Post Office in Beccles.

Extremely rude service this morning. I had ordered an IKEA parcel to be delivered to the post office. There were seven days to collect it from the post office once it arrived. In an ideal world I would have gone to collect it straight away when it arrived, but life happened and I could only go on the final day. The person who served me essentially told me off for waiting that long to collect, and said that they did not have enough space to store it. But why are they even offering the IKEA service then, if they do not have space for parcels? The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and uncalled for. Won’t be using the post office in Loddon again if I can avoid it.

Incredibly helpful, speedy and pleasant experience, compared to some we've had before. The new post master is very friendly, polite, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour, which he shares with us.
