These guys saved my Friday! Had a very urgent issue and they picked up my call early in the morning which was great, talked me through costs and put my mind at rest as I couldn’t be home. On arrival my son had already left and so they accessed the drain from the front and cleared the issue with full understanding of why I couldn’t be there or pick up the phone at that point. Good customer service throughout and transparent billing.

The company responded quickly to my enquiry but did not arrive on the promised date. They initially quoted for one person but arrived and filled out paperwork for two workers and a pressure wash before even assessing the issue. After checking the blockage, they said a pressure wash was necessary, which I agreed to. However, they proceeded with CCTV footage without asking for my permission, adding an unexpected £175 charge. Despite being told I would receive a video, I never did, even after multiple follow-ups. Poor communication and unexpected costs made for a frustrating experience.

Speedy response to a request for service but very poor follow up in response to the invoice that was paid twice. Despite multiple phone calls and promises of a "same day transfer of monies owed" - nothing to date!

In response to the companies reply: The refund was indeed made (on the day of my review) but only after 3 months of chasing and failed promises.

Very easy to book and pricing structure explained. Operator arrived at the quoted time. Stared work immediately and explained the problem with the drainage and how he will fix the problem. All drains were clear in just under an hour.

Brilliant job, saved a fortune by relinning the pipes instead of digging with all the time and mess that would have created. The two guys who did the job were great and was interesting to see all the specialist kit they used. Great job thank-you !

Had a full blockage the Saturday after Christmas. No suprise. Came round within a couple of hours and required lots of jetting. Turns out there was alot of scale. Our house is 120 years old so I decided to pay extra for CCTV inspection of the clay ducts. Blockage fixed on a couple hours and I now know the condition of the pipes which have a few cracks. Good friendly service and fixed. Recommend and I like to keep it local. Will use again. I won't show photos

No showed on me three times and left five days without a working toilet. Nobody in the office to take calls even though they say 24/7. Blamed coverage of the area even though the first question when I booked the first appointment was "Do you cover my area?"
