My partner and myself were first time buyers and were recommended this company though a family friend and we could not be happier with the service provided by them. They were our best decision through the whole buying a house process. We didn't know a single thing about the process of buying a house and felt very vulnerable at the start. As soon as we hired Lloyds Independent Financial planning as our mortgage broker all stresses we had were immediately put to rest. They explained every step of the process thoroughly and clearly. They were always a phone call away and responded to our emails extremely fast and in depth. They are extremely responsive and there knowledge shines through with the amount of depth of there explanations. They made the once daunting though of purchasing a house a breeze. Amazing value for money.

My partner received a gift towards our mortgage deposit and the company we selected to do our mortgage with required us to fill an extra form in for the gift. Whilst me and my partner filled this form in, our mortgage broker came back to us saying there is actually now a cheaper mortgage offer available and that whilst they sent the gift form back they could request if we could change mortgage offer. They explained that it's not guaranteed the mortgage lender will agree but would you believe it!!!! The mortgage lender agreed, so thanks to Lloyds independent financial planning ltd we now have a cheaper monthly mortgage repayments.
