I've dealt with Tyla for almost 3 years and the rental journey has been a breath of fresh air. Such a great company with very helpful staff, Tyla is efficient, friendly and approachable. The level of customer service is excellent and I cannot fault it. Tyla is an asset to the company and her warm nature, she is always smiling, a great listener who arrives on time for inspections and communicates great which only adds to the overall experience. Renting shouldn't be a headache, like I have previously experienced elsewhere with other letting agents, Lindley & Simpson have that real family feel. I also like that you get to know the staff rather than be passed from person to person. Keep up the amazing work! Much appreciated!

I honestly don’t have the words to describe amazing the service I received from this branch in particular 2 lovely women who made the process so bloody easy.
I would personally like to give a very big THANKYOU to Susan Lodge and also Lisa Halifax. An asset to the company or should I say any company. As we all know the current situation in the housing market it totally shocking. I approached Linley & Simpson after having a shambolic experience with WH Brown Huddersfield. Cutting a long story short I applied for a property through WH Brown and completed everything from start to finish took about 3 and a half weeks and this was due to the lack of and poor communication skills and ability to reply back to emails from their end. In the end I received a phone call and was told to come into the branch in a couple days to pick up the keys. Couple days later I received a very relaxed call from them advising that the property has gone to someone else with a different agent being L&S. With WH Brown having no remorse or customer service skills to help me I searched again on RightMove and seen another property with L&S this is where me and Susan initially had a phone call. I spoke to Susan for around 20 minutes she listened and understood my situation and all she did from that day onwards was try her absolute best to try and help me. Arranging extra viewings etc. And now 6 weeks later after myself being picky about the house we’ve completed and I got my keys - ( I would have been homeless by the 18/7 btw ) if this hadn’t gone through
Susan was very informative and even when my details were passed onto Lisa for the other part of my application I didn’t have to repeat anything or give information again because everything was done so professionally and honestly i don’t think they understand what they have actually done for me. Thank you so much the both of you. Definitely need some recognition for this outstanding service you both provided. Oh I would just like to add upon meeting for the first time on the handover for the keys they were both so pleasant to meet with a warm welcome and smiles all around even other members of the office

Transferred to Linley and Simpson a year a go from Lancasters,I can say for the short time we have been with them they have been 100% better.

We have just rented a new property and I would like to shout out two individuals. They helped so much and made it their mission to make sure the house swap was smooth.

Mia - she is very polite and above all patient which really was helpful ?. I think me and my wife called at least twice a day on average, everything from small questions to complicated ones. She always helped and made sure she was as available as she could be and if not she would call us back.

And

Susan - Susan is a very considerate and caring woman who understood our position which really did make a difference. She gave us all the information and opportunities to make sure we were in a good place and ready to move into a new house.

Both are amazing people and without them we would not be in the house we are now. I understand other members of the team helped and contractors so thank you to them also. I would be really proud knowing you have both Mia and Susan as part of your team.
