Highly professional, from moment they first arrived gave a very positive impression.

Actually investigated a boiler issue and provided options rather than jumping to replacement without even taking the cover off as other local company had done.

Gave competitive quote, but chosen for both that and superb conduct and responsiveness through out. Kieron was very considerate and communicated very effectively to turn around a boiler replacement in an urgent situation. Highly recommended and thought very highly of. Will be using for annual service and a go to local recommendation.

Rang this place on a Sunday at 9am after not being able to light a pan on my range that morning, engineer Came within the hour ordered parts required and quoted me there and then and wavered the call out fee as he was heading this way anyway. Within two days he came and fitted the part (which the part had only just arrived that day may I add) later that day invoiced me £50 cheaper than he quoted!!

Was honest, quick and efficient even pointed me in the direction I needed for other issues I had. Really helpful firm by far the best around!! Highly recommended
