Looked on line called Lincoln transport. As visitors to the area. We were sood where we were told to at thorpe level crossing. Waiting for the 10.15 am bus to Lincoln and was told yes you are in the right place. 40 mins later a lady from the house next to bus stop came out and told us no the 10.15 bus doesn't go from here but the 12.15 does. Omg disabled passengers left Waiting all that time. Shocking customer service

Considering what used to be the bus station this is a vast improvement. You can grab a coffee and it's not a bad place to wait. Your undercover and thought no heating for the winter it's dry and out of the elements.

Last week I entered the bus station to catch my bus home. There are pigeons flying around and they have pooed on the seats so you are hesitant to sit down. Also it is filthy in there the dust on the ledges and window sills look like they have not been cleaned for weeks. This is a lovely bus station but needs a deep clean and the removal of pigeons.

It's a bus station. It is relatively clean and bright. We were there on a winter day lunchtime, and it was a little crowded. I guess in summer when there are more tourists it would be very crowded.
The main problem is that there are destination boards for each route but no information about where buses stop on their way to the destination. This is compounded by no information or help point.

Clean. Busy. Lots of students. Disappointed they just push to the front of queues ignoring old passengers. Girls are worse than boys. No staff are to be seen to keep order.

Bus to hospital runs regularly and usually on time. The bus station however needs a really good cleanup. I would say it's never been cleaned since it opened.

I came here in jan 2020 quite poor customer service people and young boys pushing and shoving one young lad hit me with his heavy bag with no apology staff and bus drivers not very helpful some stood standing about. It's to cold in the winter no heating at all standing in the bus depo. The only thing I like is the cafe there they are lovely and serve great teas and hot drinks cold drinks and snacks. It needs more police and more staff walking about not just stand there chatting

When the station first opened it was a massive improvement on what was there before, we all remember the concrete monstrosity of the old bus station and this new one was sleek and modern massive improvement, since then I've not used the bus very often but catching one into town yesterday I was shocked to see the state of the bus station it's filthy the floor looks to have never been cleaned there's gum stuck to the time table screens, litter and dirt everywhere also pigeons.... inside the bus station it's a closed building this time and they're still in there haha it's unbelievable I've been a commercial cleaner years now and trust me that place not been cleaned once and if it has fire whoever did it now.
