These lovely people looked after my mum 'Carole' and oh my god the service was 10/10 mum passed away in wales they picked her up, took her to the the chapel of rest and looked after her the funeral was 10/10 what lovely people angles sent from above you couldnt of been anymore professional at what you do. What can I say about Lilleywhites? From start to finish, this Company made our mums funeral just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. We had decided to change from our original Funeral Director (nearer to home) due to lack of customer service and had been to other funerals arranged by Lilleywhites for other family members so it made sense to go to them for help with our arrangements. We mainly spoke to Wesley , who sat and listened to our requests with care and understanding and all the staff were accommodating to our every need. Mum was there for nearly 3 weeks in the chapel and we were so thankful to know that she was looked after with such care and attention. Taking the time to listen and help with all our requests.
