Fed up not receiving mail in timely period from being posted.
If I'm lucky I receive an accumulated quantity of post in one delivery every two weeks.
When will we receive the service we pay for delivered by properly trained delivery personnel who can read the address on the mail and deliver it to the corresponding property.

Only get mail delivered once a week and you can only collect mail yourself at very limited times in the working day. Postal system totally broken in Lichfield.

jus had the most awful experience in the sorting office, i went in to pick up a parcel which hadnt been delivered , we pulled into the yard to turn around as we were mistaked and thought there was parking for the public, A postman yelled at us that we couldnt park so we turned round to leave, i am disabled so my husband dropped me off close to the door as he could. i went in to the office , only yo be met with some one saying our mini had been in the yard , i said that was our mini only to be yelled at i couldnt park it there , i told him that i couldnt move it as i was disabled and wasnt driving , my husband was, he then yelled at me tto move it again, again i repeated i couldnt move it, he then came from behind the counter and yelled at my husband to move the car as he wouldnt serve me until the car was removd . Husband moved car he continued to raise his voice to me and i had to ask him several times to stop shouting at me. i explained i was disabled and needed to get close to the door , he said they didnt discriminate , as no one should park there, ok i get wee made a mistake but i did not deserve to be spoken to or treated in such a maner , i left the sorting office in tears, this was a dreadful experience , all that man had to do was ask , and the car would have been removed , but to shout and be quite aggresive at a 62 year old disabled lady who was not even the driver of the car is despicable

Opening times on google are wrong. Why only open 8am to 10am? Only had to come to collect parcel as RM failed to re-deliver when they said they would - ridiculous

Member of staff on the counter was lovely and understanding, but the inability of Royal Mail to accept parcels with a prepaid label that the individual can't print is shocking especially when it is advertised as a service on their website of the delivery office (they will only accept the QR receipt version you get after paying, no RMA variations or company returns). Most couriers now offer with plenty of options and flexibility including printing services whereas RM you have to travel two miles in a small window only to be told you've wasted your time. What are with these operating times too? 8am to 10am on a Monday? How they expect anyone to do this without a day off work is baffling.

Subpar service from an increasingly subpar company, a waste of my time and now my recipient who I will be asking for an alternative form to post.

Why would you shut at 16:00 ? Much of the population have to go to work during your opening hours. Good luck against all the other logistics firms putting customers first.

Whilst the opening times might not be ideal for those with a 9-5, the staff here are always extremely lovely. I think it is Dawn, (apologies if I am wrong), in particular, who will always go above and beyond to help and is very warm/friendly with customers.

I had an Amazon parcel to be delivered to the post office in Fradley so I could collect it because it was a free option. The postman simply didnt bother to deliver the parcel and now I cant even collect it from Lichfield because they close at 2pm on a Monday.
