Really disappointed as this is my go to station, I spend alot of money here but the way I spoken to this morning I will never spend a penny there now! I purchased some milk off the shelf late yesterday evening. When I went to use it realised it was half empty - the milk is for my baby so husband said tip it away don't want the kids drinking it incase it's been tampered with. Called garage nice lady said that's fine come back Tomorrow and manager will give you a replacement. Came back this morning and the manager was so rude, face like thunder I actually thought she was joking at first, we can't refund you because you've taken our milk! We'll why is it on the shelf for customers with no label saying staff!? Reply from the other lady where else are we meant to keep it, well that isn't my fault is it!? The younger staff here are lovely, shame.

Very efficient around parcels.
Admittedly some 'Gaps' in customer service. Shame as those I've met appear to know there job well, just need to be a little more attentive and smile ? more, after all we are your customers!

I like this field station. It's well situated and with 2 entrances, has a shop which is a bit basic. Not sure if there's a customer toilet though. It's a parcel drop off point as well, worth a visit.

Slightly expensive for petrol. Not too many items in the store. The staff are good and friendly. But can definitely have a few snacking items on the rack.

My, Go To petrol station this Summer. Competitive prices and it is open when I need it after 9pm and late Sunday. Ludlow Applegreen and Bicester Applegreen too are handy when I'm going out of County. Fuel cards available and helpful when needed oil etc.

very rude shop assistant. I went to post my hermes parcel. I said hello she didn't bother to reply. I was struggling to get into the shop with a baby in the pushchair. she saw me but didn't bother to come and help.
NOT WELCOMING AT ALL.

This garage is brilliant 3 pence lower than the rip off merchants and we know who they are. Very clean inside. Staff very warm and welcoming
