Megan and Sam and team handled my application brilliantly then 2 days before I moved in they cancelled and withdrew my application so I could not move in. They're reasons were unfair and invalid . Because they refused to work with me on confirming a bank transfer when I was doing it and made up some nonsense about I wasn't prepared to transfer funds. They also stated I could never rent with them in the future like I'm a criminal or something. Very strange and odd consonant. What happened was crazy to do when I had packed up, moved my belongings and had children to move with. Avoid at all costs. They even re advertised my home I had a holding deposit on which is illegal. I'm going to the Property Ombudsman about this team/company on how they handled my application at the last minute. By the way they didn't even send over a tenancy to sign yet I told them that and they ignore that fact and their instruction was to sign first then pay. I couldn't sign something they did not send yet they still proceeded to cancel my application after passing it with 2 days before the tenancy start date. Just imagine packing all your things and moving into temporary accommodation like we did to not having your place secured that this company can just jerk people around like this last minute because some suddenly decides not to work anymore with the applicant

Absolutely awful landlords, money grabbing and treat tenants awfully. Would not recommend, never fix issues, left us with blocked drains over Christmas and recently no hot water. Companies house shows a string of directors that have resigned and most registered offshore…. Refused to extend our contract month by month even though it was an option, then blind sided us with legal jargon and ended up issuing us a section 21 which would make us homeless…not nice people at all!

Nice development in a good location. Construction is on-going, so there is lots of heavy equipment on site. The central park / play area just opened, which is a great amenity for the residents. Neighbors are very friendly.
