I have been with LeadTech since 2018 and unfortunately decided to cancel our business agreement this year.

Their service started off well but has deteriorated beyond recognition during this period.

My lead proposition was changed without notice 3 times, which also included sizeable price increases.

However, my main issue is with how they generate many of their leads, using underhand tactics and misleading websites to lure customers in. We would regularly call clients and be told that they were not aware they were to be contacted by an adviser, as the website makes no mention of this and pretends to offer calculators / figures for people once they put their pension figures in! I asked LeadTech to stop doing this and to update their site to make it clear all customers would be agreeing to be contacted by an IFA if they put in their details, to which LeadTech refused.

Sprinkle in the extremely poor customer service - account managers don't have a clue about the advice industry - and the deteriorating quality of leads and there is no reason to use this company. You can find alternative lead generator firms that are far better than LeadTech. The operation seems extremely bloated now, probably have too many staff doing very little and have gotten too big for their own good.

Only given one star because you can't rate them any lower.
Poor quality leads provided and once they have your money they don't want to listen.
They are happy happy to provide poor quality leads with telephone numbers that don't exist etc etc etc.
I tried to speak to them but they wouldn't listen and then threatened me with lawyers and court action.
I'll never be using them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else does. There are plenty of other good firms out there.

I have dealt with Lead Tech and they have delivered everything they have promised and in a professional manor. I have been more than happy with the service and it is helping me grow my business.

I would have no hesitation recommending this service to advisers who are wanting to grow their business.

I would never use lead tech. I called up today asking for some advice for a ifa and the sales person refused to provide me any information without me handing over my registered company number, my name and business name. Then he said i have to check this against a register. He has the check to say all this.I said i am not willing to give this info yet without finding out how they work and he told me to go. I am just left speechless. From their job posting I can see they use ppc, Bing and display ads. Making them for the most part no different from other marketing agency's.

Not as Google marker shows "a wall" but behind the wall is an office space where in lives Lead tech, ta da💥.
Please don't confuse this with Lead Tech who provide a genuinely useful service of removing lead from the environment.
Oh no, this Lead tech provide that much needed IT support, i.e. on line advertising etc..., for businesses who for some reason can't ask any of number of the business workers children or their children's friends, relatives or indeed any teen with a PC to help them with this.
So if you run a business and for some reason can't use a PC or understand how the Google works then why are you still in business? But if you are then you probably genuinely need to spend ££ and have Lead Tech help you
