I’m afraid I didn’t catch the 2 guys names but they were straight forward and carried out exactly as I expected. I turned up a bit early for my appointment and they said they’d had a busy morning so I just left them to it and went for some lunch. I was telephoned approx an hour later to say all was done and a few of my tyres were too good to dispose of so they’d loaded them into my car. On inspection of their work I was pleased with what I saw and it appears they had spent time and care over what they’d done. I had expected to pay extra for tracking adjustments so they could have easily charged me, however nothing was required.

Perfect service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in to get an alignment done. They were straight on it and before I knew it they told me the issue and dealt with it.
Was not costly and better priced than most places. Recommend these guys.

Brilliant service from Mike/Michael. He was under a lot of pressure, handled everything from taking queries, phone call, cold calls, doing the actual work, taking the time to showing me what was wrong. Definitely coming back to Kwikfit Leominster and would thoroughly recommend them. If you do go, might be worth booking in advance.

After a sudden brake issue whilst in the area on the way to our holiday, we were relieved to find there was a KwikFit just a few minutes away. Despite there being lots of large signs mentioning brakes, and KwikFit being nationally renowned for working with brakes, the second we walked into reception and mentioned brakes, we were informed by a (very young) member of staff that he was unable to help us with brakes. We enquired why and only after 3 or 4 times of complete stonewalling "can't help" did he explain that this was because he wasn't trained. We asked if anyone else at this branch could help us and he said that no one was trained to do so. We asked what else he recommend we do and were met with a shrug. I have visited many KwikFit branches across the UK and this fell massively short of the usual high standard of customer service I have come to expect. We were left in a difficult situation with no sympathy whatsoever. Whilst I do not condone having no members of staff on duty who are trained to deal with a 1/3rd of all customer enquiries, I would expect at the very least to be greeted with some form of remorse that this is the case and signposting to somewhere else locally who could help. Luckily we were able to make our own enquiries and find another provider who was brilliant and got us back on the road in under an hour. We will be highly recommending their services over Kwikfit's to anyone who finds themselves in need of car servicing and repairs in Leominster and are unlikely to be using any KwikFit again after such a negative experience.

Phoned Kwik Fit Leominster to ask if a replacement for a flat tyre on my car was in stock and the person who answered the phone was extremely difficult, obstructive and rude before cutting off the call. I will never take my business to this branch in future or recommend it. Hereford branch by comparison were extremely professional

My brakes had seized on my way home to Wales. Passing through Leominster I stopped at Kwik Fit (stated brakes on the sign) only to be told by one employee that he couldn’t do brakes. No other advice offered. Extremely unhelpful in a very stressful situation.

The new exhaust parts have left a rattle as a section of new pipe is in contact with the frame of the car. This will have to be rectified or damage will occur. Also, the wrong car was quoted on the invoice.
