Looked like a high quality service at a competitive price but unfortunately after quoting when we tried to negotiate on price the phone went dead, calls weren't replied to and we lost time on our project. Eventually we got a note and a few texts saying that due to an increase in workload they were no longer able to honour the quote and carry out the work.
