I contacted Kings Oak after an unexpected letter from HMRC around council tax, and they dealt with my issue very promptly and efficiently. and so would be happy to use them again.

(Extra Note: I did end up using them again, to make an enquiry about Captial Gains Tax after selling another property. Andy phoned me at the time requested, and put my mind at rest that no tax was due in this case, and so I didn't need to engage their services. So, I am definitely very pleased with them)

Andrew has been amazing. He deals with my sole trader and business accounts. Communication is key for me and his response times were great, he answered all my questions same day. Andy has continued to provide excellent service this year. Last year's year end was handled incredibly efficiently. Thank you to all at Kingsoak for the service they provide.
